Business Development Associate (BDA) – Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the role of Business Development Associate (BDA) in our client company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Contact students through mobile calls and explain available job opportunities.
- Guide candidates regarding company openings, interview process, and eligibility criteria.
- Maintain positive communication and follow-up with interested students.
- Share hiring details, interview schedules, and registration information.
- Build positive relationships with students and help them throughout the application process.
- Maintain daily calling reports and update candidate information.

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi.




- Basic knowledge of calling and customer interaction.
- Freshers are eligible.

Skills Required:

- Good verbal communication

- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle student queries professionally
