Field Sales Executive (Lead Generation) – Commission-Based

About the Role

Matrubai Travels is looking for enthusiastic and self-driven Field Sales Executives to help us grow our customer base by generating genuine travel leads through on-ground marketing and networking.

This is a commission-only opportunity with flexible working hours and unlimited earning potential. If you're confident in talking to people and enjoy sales, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit apartments, gated communities, offices, colleges, local businesses, exhibitions, and other public places to promote Matrubai Travels.
- Generate genuine travel leads by interacting with potential customers.
- Explain our travel packages and collect customer requirements.
- Share accurate customer details with our team for follow-up.
- Maintain professionalism while representing the company.
- Ensure all submitted leads are genuine and interested in learning more about our travel packages.

What Qualifies as a Genuine Lead?

A genuine lead is a person who:

- Is genuinely interested in travelling.
- Shares valid contact details.
- Wants to know more about the travel package.
- Is willing to discuss the booking further with our team.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based role.

You earn a commission only when the lead you generated successfully converts into a confirmed booking and the customer has completed payment.

Example

Jagannath Tour Package

- Package Price: ₹26,999 per person




- If your lead results in a booking of 3 or more passengers travelling together, you will earn ₹1,000 per passenger.

Example Earnings

- 3 passengers = ₹3,000
- 5 passengers = ₹5,000
- 10 passengers = ₹10,000

Commission structures for other tour packages will be shared separately.

Commission Payment: Within 7 days after the customer's payment has been successfully received.

Requirements

- Valuable communication skills.
- Friendly and confident personality.
- Ability to approach and interact with new people.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Smartphone to communicate and share lead details.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.

Important Information

- This role does not include a fixed salary.
- No travel allowance or expense reimbursement is provided at this stage.
- Marketing materials such as brochures, ID cards, uniforms, or promotional items will not be provided.
- Candidates are expected to generate leads independently using ethical and professional methods.
