Key Responsibilities Breakdown

- Site Supervision & Execution: Overseeing daily on-site work to ensure it aligns with structural drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Quality Control (QC): Inspecting materials, conducting QC tests, and checking structural elements (steel reinforcement, concrete, alignment) before approving the next stage of work.
- Technical Assistance: Resolving technical difficulties and design discrepancies on site, offering solutions to maintain progress.
- Material & Resource Management: Estimating, procuring, and monitoring the usage of construction materials to minimize waste.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforcing health and safety regulations (PPE usage, site safety checks) to prevent accidents.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining daily site logs, recording measurements, and updating management on project progress.
- Coordination & Communication: Liaising with subcontractors, architects, and structural engineers to ensure a smooth flow of information.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
