Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to support business decisions. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in data analytics.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources.
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain Excel reports, charts, and pivot tables.
- Assist in creating dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Support different departments by providing accurate data analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis.
- Work closely with team members to understand reporting requirements.
- Maintain databases and update records regularly.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, charts).
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Basic understanding of Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Certification in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Data Analytics is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
