1. Senior Service Engineer

Qualification:

- M.Sc. Electronics

Experience:

- 5 to 7 years of experience in installation, troubleshooting, servicing, and repair of imported diagnostic laboratory instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, commission, and maintain diagnostic laboratory equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose and repair technical issues in imported diagnostic instruments.
- Lead and manage a team of field service engineers.
- Provide technical guidance and training to service engineers.
- Coordinate service schedules and customer support activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.
- Prepare service reports and maintain documentation.




- Liaise with manufacturers and suppliers for technical support and spare parts.
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of diagnostic laboratory instruments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Team management and leadership abilities.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for installation and service assignments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
