- Supervise daily maintenance activities of MEP systems across the facility.
- Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, DG sets, UPS, pumps, STP/WTP, and fire protection systems.
- Allocate work to technicians and monitor job completion within timelines.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all MEP equipment operates efficiently and complies with safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for AMC and specialized maintenance activities.
- Maintain maintenance logs, equipment history, and service reports.
- Monitor inventory of spare parts and maintenance materials.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Support emergency maintenance and breakdown response as required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
