We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant telephone manner, and the ability to handle customer inquiries, generate bookings, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Answer inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet halls, restaurant offers, and other services.
- Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and follow-up calls.
- Maintain customer records and update the database.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and Reservation departments.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Resolve customer concerns politely and escalate issues when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Prepare call reports and maintain records of customer interactions.
Requirements.
- Experience: 1–5 years as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.
- Any Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Good listening, convincing, and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
