About the Role

We are hiring Collection Executives for our short-term salary-based loan business. The role involves managing overdue accounts, following up with borrowers for timely repayments, and ensuring effective resolution of delinquent cases while maintaining professional customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

· Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp, SMS and email regarding repayment dues.

· Follow up on payment commitments and ensure timely loan closures.

· Handle overdue and delinquent loan accounts.

· Negotiate repayment dates and obtain commitment from customers.

· Update collection remarks and customer feedback in CRM.

· Coordinate with team leaders for escalated cases.

· Achieve assigned recovery and collection targets.





· Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

· 12th Pass / Graduate.

· Good communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.

· Experience in loan collections, telecalling, recovery, or customer service preferred.

· Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

· Comfortable working in a target-driven setting.

Preferred Industry Experience

NBFC, Fintech, Personal Loans, Digital Lending, Tele-Collections, Recovery Process.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
