- Operate CNC/VMC machines to produce components as per drawings, SOPs, and job instructions.
- Perform machine setup, including loading tools, fixtures, and raw materials.
- Adjust machine settings (offsets, tool parameters) to maintain dimensional accuracy.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, tool charts, and manufacturing instructions.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, etc.
- Monitor machine performance and identify abnormal sounds or issues.
- Perform basic program edits (if required) under supervision.
- Ensure proper tool life management and replace worn-out tools.
- Maintain production logs, inspection records, and daily reports.
- Follow safety guidelines and keep the machine/work area clean (5S practices).
- Coordinate with supervisors, programmers, and QC team for smooth workflow.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
