Position: Lead Twilio Developer
Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including solution design, estimation, development, testing, deployment, and production support for Twilio-based applications.
- Design and develop enterprise communication solutions using Twilio Flex, Studio, TaskRouter, Functions, and other Twilio platform capabilities.
- Build scalable front-end and back-end applications using React.js, Redux, Node.js, and TypeScript to deliver high-performance customer engagement solutions.
- Collaborate with solution architects, UX teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements and wireframes into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and driving engineering best practices across the development team.
- Develop and integrate cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services to ensure scalability, security, and high availability.




- Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams in a consulting environment, providing technical guidance and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Apply solid software engineering principles, including data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and Agile/Scrum methodologies to build high-quality applications.
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills while effectively handling multiple priorities.
- Candidates should possess 5+ years of application development experience with strong expertise in Twilio, React.js, Node.js, AWS, and Agile development. Prior client-facing or consulting experience is highly preferred.
