Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior IT Sales Closer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in closing IT service deals, handling client meetings, managing sales campaigns, and driving business growth. The candidate will work closely with the Business Development team, understand client requirements, negotiate proposals, and successfully close projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle qualified inbound and outbound leads.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements.
- Present IT solutions through online and in-person meetings.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Negotiate pricing, project scope, and commercial terms.
- Close deals for Website Development, Mobile App Development, Custom Software, AI Solutions, ERP, CRM, SaaS, UI/UX, and Digital Marketing services.
- Plan and manage sales campaigns through LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, and Telecalling.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with prospects until deal closure.
- Coordinate with the Business Development and Technical teams for seamless project handover.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update sales activities.
- Guide and support junior sales executives during the sales process.
- Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in IT Services Sales or Software Sales.
- Proven experience in closing B2B IT projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation,



and presentation skills.
- Experience handling client meetings and proposal presentations.
- Ability to prepare quotations, commercial proposals, and contracts.
- Strong knowledge of Website Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, AI Solutions, ERP, CRM, SaaS, Cloud Services, and Digital Marketing.
- Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales.

Eligibility
