Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to manage existing client relationships, process orders, and support daily sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills and at least 6 months of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Receive customer orders and process them accurately.
- Prepare Quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), and other sales documents.
- Coordinate with the Plant, Accounts, and Logistics teams for timely order execution.
- Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and dispatch.
- Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and customer data.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely support.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.




- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Pharma industry experience will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

What We Offer

- Fixed salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month based on experience
- Fixed working hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | No odd-hour shifts or weekend pressure.

- Learning exposure to pharmaceutical sales operations, distribution network, and client management

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
