Experience in performing process simulations using HYSYS is essential. Exposure to Process Hazard / Risk Analysis HAZOP / HAZID / SIL studies and preparing close-outs is advantageous. Responsibilities includes development of HMB, PFD’s, P&ID;’s, UFD’s, equipment sizing, line sizing, preparation of process data sheets and specification for equipment & instruments, pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures, operating and maintenance manuals etc. Positive working knowledge in relevant ASME, API, ANSI, DIN, BS, IS, OISD, NFPA codes and standards is must. Hands-on working in Aspen Hysys, Flaresim/net, Pipesim/net, HTRI, HTFS software’s is essential.
