Motvic Group is seeking an energetic and motivated MBA Fresher – Sales & Marketing to join our LED Lighting Division. The selected candidate will support sales initiatives, assist in customer engagement, and contribute to market development for LED lighting products.

Key Responsibilities:

Support sales activities for LED lighting products

Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations

Build and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners

Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and support

Participate in marketing campaigns and product promotions

Maintain sales records and prepare reports

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable solutions





Skills & Requirements:

MBA (Sales / Marketing or related specialization)

Fresher candidates can apply

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of sales and marketing

MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Willingness to travel
