Job Title - Online Sales Associate
Location - T.Nagar – Chennai
Experience - 1–4 years
Industry - Retail Jewellery / Luxury Retail
Qualification- UG/PG

Job Summary
The Online Sales Executive will handle customer inquiries, generate online sales, and provide excellent service through digital platforms such as website chat, WhatsApp, social media, and e-commerce portals.
The role focuses on converting online leads into sales while maintaining brand trust and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle customer queries through website chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and phone calls

· Assist customers with product selection, pricing, gold/diamond details, and customization

· Convert online leads into confirmed sales





· Coordinate with showroom, inventory, and logistics teams for order fulfillment

· Follow up with customers for payments, delivery updates, and post-sale support

· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales

· Achieve assigned monthly online sales targets

· Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and jewellery authenticity standards

· Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints professionally

Pay: ₹20,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
