Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Production Specialist to join our growing home decor and gifting team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming digital designs into high-quality physical products using state-of-the-art Laser Engraving machines and DTF (Direct to Film) printers.

Key Responsibilities

- Machine Operation: Set up, calibrate, and operate Laser Engraving/Cutting machines (CO2/Diode/Fiber) and DTF Printers.
- Product Fabrication: Create a variety of home decor and gifting items including personalized wooden plaques, acrylic stands, customized apparel, mugs, and corporate mementos.
- File Preparation: Prepare and optimize vector and raster files (SVG, AI, DXF, PNG) for production, ensuring correct power/speed settings and color profiles.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished products for engraving depth, clarity, and print vibrancy to maintain high-quality standards.
- Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting of machines (lens cleaning, printhead maintenance, ink refilling).
- Inventory Management: Track material stock (wood, acrylic,



DTF films, inks) and assist in sourcing new blanks for production.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in a production environment specifically involving Laser or DTF technology.
- Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or LightBurn is highly preferred.
- Material Knowledge: Understanding how different materials (MDF, Pine Wood, Acrylic, Leather, Fabric) react to heat and ink.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Ability to identify and fix minor mechanical or software glitches during the production process.
- Design Sensibility: A basic understanding of layout and aesthetics to ensure personalized text and logos are perfectly aligned.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

- Experience in UV Printing or 3D Printing.
- Knowledge of Sublimation processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace to meet seasonal gifting deadlines (Diwali, Corporate events, etc.).
