About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, performance-driven React Native Developer with 2 to 6 years of experience building high-quality, high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.

You will join a fast-paced environment where you will take full ownership of the mobile product lifecycle—from architecture and UI implementation to API integration and production deployment. If you love writing clean, type-safe code, optimizing frame rates down to a smooth 60 FPS, and working on systems that serve thousands of active users, we want to talk to you. Experience in the FinTech domain is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Cross-Platform Development: Design, build, and maintain highly responsive, scalable cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- API & SDK Integration: Seamlessly integrate RESTful APIs, third-party software, and native platform SDKs.
- Code Excellence: Write clean, highly reusable, well-documented, and maintainable code following modern design patterns (e.g., MVVM/MVP).
- Performance Tuning: Systematically diagnose and resolve UI lags, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks using profilers to optimize application speed and responsiveness.
- Store Deployment: Own the end-to-end mobile release pipeline, including configuring Xcode and Android Studio, managing provisioning profiles/certificates, and publishing applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers,



and QA teams in an agile environment to regularly ship production-ready updates.

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience: 2–6 years of professional experience in mobile application development, with at least 1–3 years of dedicated, hands-on React Native development.
- Core Stack: Deep, foundational knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- State Management: Extensive experience working with React Hooks, Functional Components, Context API, and state libraries like Redux / Redux Toolkit or Zustand.
- Store Submission: A proven track record of having successfully published and maintained at least 1 application on both the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Tools: Strong command over Git workflows, Postman, Android Studio, and Xcode.
- Architecture: Positive understanding of mobile application design patterns, responsive layouts, and cross-platform native behaviors.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus points)

- FinTech Domain: Prior experience building digital wallets, lending systems, UPI integrations, banking APIs, automated payroll, or KYC workflows.
- Security & Auth: Familiarity with biometric authentication, secure local device storage (e.g., Keychain, MMKV), data encryption, and JWT/OAuth token management.
- Real-Time Features: Experience implementing real-time messaging, chat pipelines, or live tracking using WebSockets (Socket.io) or WebRTC.
- DevOps Automation: Experience setting up or maintaining mobile CI/CD pipelines using Fastlane or GitHub Actions.
- Monitoring & Testing: Proficiency in tracking application health using Firebase Crashlytics or Sentry, and writing unit/integration tests with Jest or Detox.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
