Experience: 5 years till 10 years.

Description:

- Equipment Monitoring & Maintenance: Regularly inspect compressors, evaporators, and cooling units. Track gas pressure, adjust gauges, and perform basic preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Climate Control: Accurately set, maintain, and log temperature and humidity parameters to preserve perishable goods such as food or pharmaceuticals.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the protected loading, unloading, and storage of incoming and outgoing goods. Rotate stock (e.g., FIFO) and conduct physical counts to update inventory tracking systems.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) regarding hazardous refrigerant handling, facility sanitation,



and worker safety in extreme temperature environments.

Essential Requirements

- Education & Training: An ITI or Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) is highly preferred for the technical maintenance aspects.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to endure prolonged physical labor in low-temperature and changing-temperature environments.
- Technical Skills: Mechanical aptitude, proficiency with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts or pallet jacks), and familiarity with temperature logging software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
