What does the job entail?
Develop and implement bancassurance strategies to drive business growth and revenue for the organization
Lead and manage a team of bancassurance professionals to achieve business objectives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to build trust and loyalty
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform bancassurance strategies
Design and implement bancassurance products and services that meet customer needs
Develop and manage budgets and forecasts to achieve business targets
Identify and mitigate risks associated with bancassurance business operations
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance
Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to promote bancassurance business
