About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Tender Manager to lead our end-to-end tendering, bidding, and commercial negotiation activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling Government, PSU, Institutional, and Corporate tenders, with proven expertise in bid preparation, tender submission, e-procurement portals, and contract negotiations.

This role requires excellent coordination, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple high-value tenders while ensuring complete compliance with tender requirements and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete end-to-end tender process, from identifying opportunities to successful bid submission and post-award activities.
- Identify and track tender opportunities through GeM, CPPP, Government, PSU, Institutional, and Private Procurement Portals.
- Prepare, review, and submit Technical Bids, Commercial Bids, BOQs, Compliance Documents, and all tender-related documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tenders in accordance with client requirements and statutory guidelines.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, Technical, and Management teams for bid preparation and documentation.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization with clients.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms before submission.
- Manage EMDs, Bank Guarantees, Vendor Registrations, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Monitor bid status, maintain tender records, and prepare MIS reports for management.




- Liaise with clients and procurement authorities to resolve tender-related queries and clarifications.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and company standards.
- Identify new business opportunities through tender portals and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in End-to-End Tender Management.
- Expertise in Tender Filing, Bid Preparation, Bid Submission, and Contract Management.
- Hands-on experience with GeM Portal, CPPP, Government e-Procurement Portals, and Online Tendering Systems.
- Strong knowledge of Government procurement procedures and tender compliance.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prepare accurate technical and commercial proposals.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tenders within strict timelines.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM will be preferred.
- 8–10 years of experience in Tender Management, Bid Management, or Commercial Bidding.
- Proven experience in handling Government, PSU, Institutional, and Corporate Tenders.
- Strong experience in End-to-End Tender Filing, Bidding, and Commercial Negotiations is mandatory.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
