Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Ortho-One. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing quality patient care across various departments, including wards, emergency, Day Care, and SICU.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care in the ward, emergency, day-care, and SICU according to hospital protocols.
- Regularly check and document vital parameters.
- Administer prescribed medications and ensure proper documentation.
- Attend to patient complaints, provide problem-solving support, and ensure a compassionate approach.
- Ensure immediate documentation and execute the orders given by doctors.
- Assist doctors in assessing and dressing wounds.
- Facilitate the shifting and receiving of patients to and from the OT, ensuring proper handovers.
- Provide post-operative care, including instructions for recovery.
- Handle discharge procedures,

- Safely manage bio-medical waste following hospital protocols.
- Properly handle, maintain, and ensure the functioning of medical equipments.
- Actively participate in Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) classes and monthly staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Experience: Min. 2 years

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
