Farlex Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Pharma Business Executives to join our office-based team. The selected candidates will be responsible for managing client relationships, supporting business operations, and contributing to the company's growth through effective communication and professional customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business associates.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide product-related information and assist clients with their requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Learn pharmaceutical business operations, product portfolio, and market practices.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve assigned business objectives while maintaining high standards of professionalism.




- Prepare reports and update management on customer interactions and business activities.

Eligibility

- B.Pharm, M.Pharm, D.Pharm, or any Pharmacy Graduate.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with prior pharmaceutical sales or business development experience may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Good negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
