iProMax is looking for a responsible and customer-friendly Telecaller & Customer Support Executive for our Kochi office.

Responsibilities

- Attend incoming customer enquiries and make follow-up calls
- Record new leads, active queries and lead follow-ups in the CRM
- Collect accurate customer, device and complaint details
- Check spare availability, repair options, approximate prices and warranty information
- Schedule customer visits and follow up on pending quotations and approvals
- Coordinate with the front desk, engineers and inventory team
- Update every customer discussion clearly in the CRM
- Send approved WhatsApp updates and office-location details

Candidate requirements

- Fluent Malayalam communication
- Basic English communication
- Clear and friendly speaking voice
- Basic computer and typing knowledge




- Good listening, follow-up and customer-handling skills
- Telecalling, customer service or sales experience is preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply

Job type: Full-time, work from office
Location: iProMax, Kochi
Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month, depending on experience, plus performance incentives
