Store Manager – Furniture ShowroomLocation: NagpurEmployment Type: Full-Time | PermanentAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our 35,000 sq. ft. furniture showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, leading a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales and business objectives.Drive sales, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Manage day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and vendor coordination.Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and showroom presentation.Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and effectively.Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards,
