MS Office.· Calling up the candidates from the database and Counselling of candidates and parents.· Updating database on various parameters such as eligibility, interest, delivery of exam etc.· Calling up the candidates and scheduling the assessments and interviews.· Co-ordination with candidates on submission of documents for offer release.· Conducting counselling sessions/Webinar and assessments.· Participate in events organized by Government and other stakeholders.· Co-ordinating and informing the candidates on onboarding and scheduling for the same.· Submission of reports of called candidates on time.· Ensure all data are captured in the system that is being used.· Any other works as assigned by the reporting manager or the organization.
