We are hiring for US IT Recruiter roles with i3 Infotek, Noida.Location: NoidaWork Mode: Work from OfficeShift: Night Shift (US Shift)Experience: 1–5 YearsJob Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end US IT RecruitmentSource and screen candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, CEIPAL, and other sourcing platformsCoordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process through onboardingWork on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirementsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionalsMaintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholdersRequirements:1–5 years of experience in US IT RecruitmentStrong understanding of the US Staffing industry and recruitment lifecycleExperience working with Direct Clients and Implementation PartnersGood knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and employment typesStrong communication, sourcing, and relationship management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentImmediate joiners are preferred.
