We invite applications for multiple positions for the role of Field Associate to support our admission outreach and programme management activities.

As an Admissions Outreach Associate, you will be the bridge between our University for Social Change and young people seeking meaningful futures. You will energise classrooms, lead workshops, partner with schools, and represent our mission across the region. We are looking for Strong Communicators who love meeting people, enjoy travel, and bring at least 2 years of outreach experience.

Current positions are based out of Bengaluru and Bhopal

We are interested in attracting a diverse pool of students from across the country. As an Admissions Outreach Associate, you will be responsible for contributing towards the growth of our programs and student admissions.

Responsibilities:





- Building long-term relationships with schools and colleges in assigned region, through visits and other engagements throughout the year.
- Organising workshops, seminars, open houses and campus visits for students and teachers.
- Contributing to all admissions related events in the assigned region
- Documenting and reporting on the effectiveness of such efforts

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Solid communication skills
- Good oral and written communication skills in Kannada and Telugu is required for Bengaluru location
