Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive Fire Safety Audits across client facilities.Assess compliance with NFPA, NBC, and applicable Indian Fire Safety regulations.Inspect fire protection systems, emergency exits, and life safety measures.Identify fire hazards, compliance gaps, and operational risks.Recommend corrective and preventive actions to improve fire safety.Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and compliance recommendations.Coordinate with client teams to support closure of audit observations.Stay updated on changes in fire safety codes, standards, and regulations.Support fire safety awareness, emergency preparedness, and evacuation assessments.Travel extensively across India to execute in office fire safety audits and inspectionsSkills RequiredStrong knowledge of NFPA Codes, National Building Code (NBC), and Indian Fire Safety Regulations.Hands-on experience in Fire Safety Audits, Fire Risk Assessments, and Compliance Reviews.Expertise in inspecting Fire Protection & Life Safety SystemsAbility to identify fire hazards, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.Excellent audit reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.Location: Delhi, MumbaiCapacity: Hybrid
