Post :- Accounts Manager

Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

* Monitor cash flow and maintain financial records accurately.

* Oversee billing, insurance claims reconciliation, and patient account management (for hospitals and clinics).

* Prepare financial reports for management.

* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, and healthcare regulations.

* Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.

* Reconcile bank statements and resolve accounting discrepancies.

* Supervise and mentor the accounts team.

* Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.





* Manage payroll processing and statutory compliance (such as PF, ESI, TDS, and GST, where applicable).

* Maintain accounting software and ensure accurate financial data.

* Work closely with procurement, operations, and clinical departments to control expenses.

* Support strategic financial planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

- B.Com/ M.Com/ Diploma in Accounting/ CA ( Inter)
- Having experience in handling the account of healthcare ( IPD, Diagnostic & OPD)
