Key Responsibilities:
Manage and work on W2 requirements from Implementation Partners
Source, screen, and submit qualified IT professionals across various technologies
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and vendors
Work closely with Implementation Partners
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily activity reports
Understand and work with US tax terms including W2, C2C, and 1099
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong understanding of US IT technologies and recruitment processes
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment
