Assistant Manager – Training

Location: Indore

Shift: Flexible to support Mexico & Brazil operations

AM Salary – 10.5L to 11L

Experience

- Minimum 6+ years of overall experience in Learning & Development.
- At least 3 years of people leadership experience managing a training team within an International BPO environment.
- Strong BFSI experience with exposure to:
- Fraud Operations
- Credit Card Services
- Chargebacks & Disputes
- Risk & Compliance
- Financial Services Operations

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end training operations, including Recent Hire Training, Refresher Training, Cross-skilling, and Nesting Support.
- Manage and develop a team of Trainers to achieve business and learning objectives.
- Drive training governance,



certification frameworks, and quality standards.
- Ensure alignment of training programs with business and client requirements.
- Monitor training effectiveness, certification performance, and speed-to-proficiency metrics.
- Partner with Operations, Quality, Recruitment, and Client stakeholders to drive consistent learner outcomes.
- Standardize training processes and best practices across supported geographies.
