Position Summary

Asset Deals LLP is looking for experienced Senior Commercial Investment Consultants specializing in the sale of under-construction commercial projects from leading real estate developers.

Open Positions for Gurgaon & Noida Location

This role is exclusively for professionals who have successfully sold primary market commercial inventory and understand investor-driven commercial real estate transactions.

We are not looking for candidates whose experience is limited to:

- Commercial leasing
- Pre-leased commercial property sales
- Secondary/resale commercial transactions
- Rental brokerage

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience selling commercial projects during their launch or under-construction phase for reputed developers such as M3M, Elan, Smartworld, Omaxe, DLF, Signature Global, Experion, ATS, and other leading developers.

The candidate should possess a strong investor network, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of closing high-value commercial investment transactions.





Candidates who have the ability to build and mentor a commercial sales team will be given additional preference.

Preferred Experience

- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in commercial real estate sales.
- Mandatory experience in selling under-construction commercial projects.
- Robust understanding of commercial investment products such as:
- SCOs
- High-street retail
- Commercial shops
- Office spaces
- Mixed-use developments
- Food courts
- Multiplex investments
- Existing network of investors, HNIs, UHNIs, and commercial property buyers.
- Experience working with reputed developers or leading real estate consulting firms.
