Job Description for Handicrafts Sales Manager

Experience : 4-7 years

Working days : 6 days a week

Qualification – Graduate

Reporting to : Retail Operational Manager

Duties and responsibilities

- Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans, set targets, analyse performance, and implement strategies to expand customer base and boost sales.

- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high performance culture, conducting meetings, and providing coaching.

- Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional, welcoming showroom experience; handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and build customer relationships.

- Showroom Operations: Oversee daily operations, maintain cleanliness, manage visual merchandising, and ensure product availability and presentation.

- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, recommend replenishment, and ensure product displays are updated and appealing.

- Marketing & Collaboration:



Coordinate with marketing for promotions, manage vendor relations, and ensure brand consistency.

Skills and qualifications

- Proven sales leadership, goal achievement, and team development. • Strong understanding of sales tactics, customer service, and product knowledge. • Analytical skills for sales data, financial management, and operational efficiency. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to maintain an attractive, organized, and branded showroom workplace.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
