Role Overview
The Internal Auditor will be responsible for reviewing internal processes, financial records, and operational practices to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. The role focuses on identifying gaps, strengthening internal controls, and ensuring that company policies and procedures are properly followed.

Key Responsibilities

- Review accounting records, invoices, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Verify that internal policies, approvals, and processes are being followed across departments.
- Identify errors, control gaps, or process weaknesses and report them with practical recommendations.




- Review compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
- Prepare audit observations and share reports with management for corrective action.
- Follow up on previously reported issues to ensure they are resolved.
- Coordinate with accounts and other departments to clarify audit queries.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Basic understanding of accounting and internal controls.
- Ability to review data carefully and identify inconsistencies.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally) and Excel.
- Good communication skills for reporting observations clearly.
- Integrity and qualified skepticism.

Qualification

- CA / Semi-qualified CA with audit experience.
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

Experience

- 1–4 years of experience in audit, accounting, or internal audit.
