Position: Business Development Associate

Location: Work From Home (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–7 Years (Candidates with 1+ year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply)

Working Days & Timings

- Tuesday to Friday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Monday: Weekly Off

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Outreach

- Proactively connect with prospective customers through online channels.
- Generate quality leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Demo & Counseling Sessions

- Conduct online demo-cum-counseling sessions.
- Explain course features, benefits, and career value.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively address queries.
- Convince and convert prospects into enrolled students.

Sales & Revenue Generation

- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Monthly revenue target will be 3 times your monthly fixed salary.
- Example: If your salary is ₹20,000/month, your revenue target will be ₹60,000/month.
- Focus on closing deals during the counseling session itself.

Customer Relationship Management

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.




- Follow up with prospects and existing customers.
- Resolve customer concerns and maintain long-term relationships.

Product Knowledge

- Develop in-depth knowledge of all courses and programs.
- Clearly communicate the unique value proposition of Fantastiqo's offerings.

Collaboration

- Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, Operations, and other internal teams.
- Ensure smooth communication for effective customer support and issue resolution.

Reporting & Documentation

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, sales, and revenue.
- Update CRM and submit regular performance reports.
