- Responsibilities:
- - Coordinate and manage production schedules, task-tracking, and feature backlogs.
- Facilitate cross-discipline team meetings and run daily stand-ups to support efficiency.
- Ensure teams understand goals and manage delivery through all phases of development.
- Communicate identified risks in advance and support execution of mitigation plans.
- Track team velocity and provide visibility of development status across the team.
- Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- - Experience in production role in game development.
- Demonstrated experience running cross-discipline teams using both Microsoft Office Suite and project management software such as Jira and Shotgrid.
- Robust interpersonal skills with ability to collaboratively solve problems to achieve production plans.
