We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Banquet Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join our hospitality team immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate banquet & catering sales through networking and client meetings
Handle weddings, corporate events, conferences & social gatherings
Prepare proposals, quotations & banquet event orders (BEOs)
Coordinate with operations teams for smooth event execution
Conduct venue tours and client presentations
Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
Build solid relationships with corporate clients and event planners




Requirements:

- 2–5+ years experience in banquet/hotel/event sales
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of banquet operations and event planning
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Hospitality industry experience preferred
