Hiring: Accounts Executive – KOCHI

World Zone is hiring an Accounts Executive with experience in the logistics/freight forwarding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time.
- Perform customer and supplier account reconciliations.
- Monitor and follow up on receivables and outstanding payments.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding payment and billing matters.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
