Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, vigilant, and professional Security Supurvisor and Filed Supurvisor to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our premises, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and the ability to respond calmly and effectively to incidents and emergencies.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect unauthorized activity
- Ensure the security of doors, windows, gates, and other access points
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and security incidents
- Maintain a visible presence to deter unsafe or unlawful behavior
- Control access to the premises by verifying identification and maintaining visitor logs
- Inspect and monitor security systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure proper operation and detect tampering
- Assist during emergencies, including fire alarms, medical situations, and evacuations
- Write clear, accurate, and detailed reports of daily activities and any irregularities (e.g., theft, damage, unauthorized persons, unusual incidents)
- Coordinate with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel as needed




- Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a protected and orderly environment.

Qualifications & Skills

- Proven experience in security or a related field preferred
- Strong observation and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and act decisively in emergency situations
- Basic knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays.

Knowledge & Experience

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in security operations and administrative duties.

Age – minimum 25 to 45 years

Experience – min 2 to 5 years

Education – 12th pass

English – must be able to read and write English

Knowledge and Experience in Security and Admin duties

- Material Gate Inward and Outward
- Man management / Frisking / Shift In & OUT
- Visitor management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
