Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Land Acquisition Executive to identify, evaluate, and acquire land parcels for our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in land sourcing, owner negotiations, due diligence coordination, and end-to-end land acquisition processes. The role requires strong networking skills and a good understanding of the local real estate market and regulatory procedures.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and source land parcels suitable for residential, commercial, and plotted development projects.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, brokers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.

· Conduct site visits and perform preliminary assessments of land opportunities.

· Coordinate and negotiate with landowners to facilitate successful land acquisitions.

· Work closely with Legal, Technical, and Finance teams for due diligence, documentation, feasibility, and transaction closure.

· Assist in evaluating land value, market trends, development potential, and commercial feasibility.

· Prepare land proposals, cost estimates, and acquisition reports for management review.

· Coordinate documentation, agreement execution,



payment follow-ups, and registration activities.

· Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective land opportunities and provide regular status updates.

· Ensure timely completion of land acquisition activities while complying with statutory and company requirements.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related discipline.

Requirements

· Minimum 5 years of experience in land acquisition, land sourcing, or business development within the real estate industry.

· Proven experience in identifying and closing land acquisition opportunities.

· Strong understanding of land documentation, title verification, feasibility analysis, and statutory approval processes.

· Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.

· Good knowledge of the Chennai and Tamil Nadu real estate market will be an added advantage.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

· Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and stakeholder meetings.

Preferred: Candidates with experience in residential, plotted development, township, or commercial real estate projects.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
