Plant Head – Required Experience & SkillsExperience

- 12–20+ years of experience in mineral processing, mining, or manufacturing.
- Minimum 5 years in a Plant Head, Production Head, or Operations Head role.
- Hands-on experience with Ball Mill operations and mineral grinding plants.
- Experience in industries such as:
- Calcium Carbonate (Calcite)
- Dolomite
- Talc
- Quartz
- Feldspar
- Silica
- Bentonite
- China Clay
- Micronized Mineral Powder Manufacturing

Technical Knowledge

The candidate should have expertise in:

- Ball Mill operation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Pulverizers, classifiers, cyclones, and micronizing systems.
- Production planning and daily plant operations.
- Grinding efficiency and particle size control (mesh/micron).
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Material handling systems (Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Screw Conveyors).
- Crusher and screening operations.
- Dust collection systems (Bag Filters).
- Air Classifier Mill operations.

Production & Quality

- Production target planning and achievement.




- Reduction of downtime and production losses.
- Cost optimization and process improvement.
- Quality control for mineral powder.

Maintenance Knowledge

- Mechanical maintenance of Ball Mills.
- Gearboxes, bearings, lubrication systems.
- Motors, VFDs, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Spare parts planning and inventory management.
- Total Productive Maintenance.

Leadership Skills

- Team handling (50–300+ employees).
- Shift management.
- Vendor and contractor management.
- Training and manpower development.

Preferred Qualification

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Mining, Chemical, or Production Engineering.
- Diploma candidates with extensive Ball Mill plant experience can also be considered.

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
