Job Title: Clinical Application Specialist (CAS)
Location: Mumbai, Pune
Experience : 1–4 years’ experience in medical devices, cardiology, electrophysiology, or Cath lab environments
Role Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to provide advanced clinical and technical support for our catheter, mapping, and ablation systems. This role involves close collaboration with physicians, EP lab teams, and hospital administrators to ensure optimal use of our products while driving territory business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site support during EP and Cath lab procedures involving company products.
Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities and achieve territory growth targets.
Deliver structured training programs and hands-on guidance to physicians, nurses, and technicians.
Develop strong professional relationships with clinicians, EP lab staff, and hospital management.
Stay up to date with product IFUs, industry literature, clinical best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
Address customer needs and concerns promptly through phone, email, and in office interactions.




Manage administrative tasks including CRM updates, account documentation, territory mapping, and expense submissions.
Ensure strict compliance with organizational, regulatory, and safety requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, or allied disciplines, OR B.Sc. in Cardiovascular/Cardiac Care/Catheterization/Cardiac Technology.
.Prior exposure to product launches, clinical workshops, or collaboration with key opinion leaders preferred.
Proficiency in handling advanced medical technology and working in high-acuity procedural settings.
Strong communication, analytical thinking, and ability to perform under pressure.
Highly collaborative, adaptable, and motivated to continuously learn and grow.
