Job Title: Tourism Vendor Empanelment Executive

Department: Operations / Business Development

Location: Hyderabad (Travel Across States Required)

Job Summary

Responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and onboarding tourism-related vendors such as hotels, transport operators, restaurants, guides, adventure operators, and local service providers to build a strong tourism network.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Identification

* Identify hotels, resorts, homestays, transport operators, restaurants, and local guides.

* Conduct market research on tourism destinations.

* Create and maintain destination-wise vendor databases.

Vendor Onboarding

* Meet vendors personally and explain BATASARI services.

* Collect vendor profiles, licenses, GST details, and rate cards.

* Complete empanelment documentation and agreements.

Negotiation & Contracting

* Negotiate competitive rates and special group tariffs.

* Secure seasonal offers and corporate discounts.

* Finalize service terms and payment conditions.

Vendor Relationship Management

* Maintain regular contact with empanelled vendors.

* Resolve service issues and customer complaints.

* Conduct periodic vendor performance reviews.

Data Management

* Update vendor master database.

* Maintain hotel inventories, vehicle details, contact lists,



and tariffs.

* Prepare destination reports and vendor comparison sheets.

Quality Assurance

* Conduct site inspections.

* Verify service quality, cleanliness, safety, and customer experience.

* Ensure compliance with tourism regulations.

Qualifications

* Any Graduate (MBA Marketing preferred)

* 1–3 years experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Travel Agency, or Business Development

* Freshers with travel industry interest can also apply

Travel Requirement

* Frequent travel across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, and other tourism destinations.

* Ability to stay at field locations when required.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
