Position: Project Coordinator – Fire Alarm Systems

Qualification

- B.E. – Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)
- B.E. – Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- B.E. – Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical)

Experience

- Freshers to 2 years of experience in Fire Alarm Projects or related field.

Location: Chennai (Nugapakkam)

Industry: Fire Protection / Engineering / MEP

Experience: 0–2 Years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate Fire Alarm System projects from planning to completion.
- Assist Project Managers in project execution and site coordination.
- Coordinate with clients, site engineers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare project schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Follow up on material requirements,



deliveries, and site activities.
- Maintain project records and update project status regularly.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes (MOM).
- Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
