Position: Sales Executive - Male / Female Candidates

We are looking for a confident, energetic and result-oriented Female Sales Executive with experience in residential real estate sales.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and customer-handling skills, along with the ability to manage leads, conduct site visits and follow up consistently until closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming leads and customer enquiries
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective buyers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable apartments
- Coordinate and conduct project site visits
- Explain project features, pricing and offers professionally
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers
- Support negotiations, bookings and sales closures
- Update lead status and maintain proper sales records





Candidate Profile

- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Solid follow-up and customer-handling ability
- Knowledge of the Attibele, Chandapura, Electronic City or nearby real estate market will be an advantage
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
