Designation: Strategy Associate

Role Overview

This role reports to the VP, Strategy and works across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal/Compliance and Sales to ensure strategic initiatives move from idea execution measurable outcomes.

You will act as the right hand to the VP, Strategy in driving operational clarity, accountability and speed.

This is not an admin role. It is a high-ownership execution role.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Execution & Follow-Through

- Convert strategy discussions into structured action plans

- Create weekly OKR trackers and dashboards

- Track deliverables across teams and ensure timelines are met

- Identify bottlenecks and proactively unblock them

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Sit in product, growth, and strategy meetings

- Document key decisions and translate them into execution tasks

- Ensure alignment between product roadmap and GTM initiatives

- Drive inter-team communication

Operational Systems

- Build dashboards (growth, engagement, revenue)

- Set up SOPs across marketing, content, and product ops





- Improve workflows using automation tools

- Create structured reporting frameworks

Special Projects

- Current product launches

- Pricing experiments

- Partnership execution

- Regulatory/compliance coordination

- Vendor evaluation

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

- 2–5 years experience in startup, consulting, product ops or founder’s office

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.

- Strong structured thinking (consulting-style problem solving)

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- High ownership mindset

- Comfortable with ambiguity

- Strong Excel/Sheets + presentation skills

- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.

- Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

Good to Have

- Experience in consumer tech or edtech

- Exposure to growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention)

- Familiarity with product tools (Jira, Notion, Mixpanel, etc.)

- Basic understanding of legal/compliance processes
