Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Delphi Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining desktop applications using Delphi (Object Pascal). The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience with database development, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Skills:

* Delphi (Object Pascal) – 6–8 years of hands-on experience in developing enterprise applications using Delphi.

* VCL (Visual Component Library) – Solid expertise in Delphi VCL for Windows Desktop Application Development.

* Windows Desktop Applications – Experience building, maintaining, and enhancing desktop-based business applications.

* Databases – Strong experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL, including database design, query optimization, and stored procedures.

* SQL – Expertise in writing complex SQL queries, joins, aggregations, subqueries, and performance tuning.

* REST APIs & Web Services – Experience integrating applications with RESTful APIs, web services, and third-party systems.

* Logical Scenario Building – Strong logical reasoning and ability to understand, analyze, and implement complex business scenarios into application workflows.

* Git/SVN– Hands-on experience with Git or SVN for source code management and version control.

* Debugging & Performance Optimization – Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and application performance tuning skills.

* SDLC – Positive understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application lifecycle management.

Good-to-Have Skills:





* Experience with *FireDAC* or similar database connectivity frameworks.

* Hands-on experience with *DevExpress* or other third-party Delphi components.

* Knowledge of *Multithreading* and advanced performance tuning techniques.

* Experience working in *Agile/Scrum* environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and maintain Windows desktop applications using Delphi (Object Pascal).

* Develop scalable and maintainable applications using Delphi VCL.

* Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.

* Integrate applications with REST APIs, web services, and third-party systems.

* Analyze business requirements and convert logical scenarios into efficient technical solutions.

* Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

* Follow SDLC best practices and participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.

* Maintain technical documentation and development standards.

* Contribute to Agile development activities and continuous process improvement.

Experience:

6–8 years of hands-on experience in Delphi (Object Pascal) development.

* Strong experience with Delphi VCL, Windows Desktop Applications, and relational databases.

* Experience integrating REST APIs and optimizing application performance.

Education:

* B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related Engineering discipline.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹105,000.00 per month
