Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Social Media Manager to handle the digital presence of a professional makeup artist. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of content creation, platform algorithms, SEO, performance marketing, and must be proficient in Excel for reporting and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
- Plan, schedule, and manage posts using social media tools
- Create engaging content ideas in line with current beauty and makeup trends
- Work closely with the makeup artist for shoot planning and content direction
- Monitor and grow social media engagement and followers
- Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (performance marketing) to drive growth and conversions
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies for captions, blogs, and videos
- Track analytics and performance metrics for all platforms
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports using Excel (including growth, reach, engagement, and ad spend analysis)
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates,



and beauty industry movements
- Collaborate with designers/videographers if needed for creative assets

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest algorithms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data reports, performance tracking, calendar planning)
- Knowledge of performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- Basic to intermediate understanding of SEO for social media and website/blog content
- Solid creative writing and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and plan content in advance
- Experience in beauty, makeup, or fashion industry is a big plus

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools
- Understanding of influencer collaborations and UGC content management
- Basic video editing skills for Reels and YouTube Shorts
