We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT & MIS Executive to manage the organization's IT infrastructure and Management Information System (MIS) functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT assets, ensuring system security, and generating accurate MIS reports to support business operations and decision-making.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, BCA, B.Sc. (IT), or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Support and MIS Reporting.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT peripherals.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, system access, and password administration.




- Ensure smooth functioning of LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and office IT infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and perform regular software updates and maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses, and warranty records.
- Perform regular data backups and implement cybersecurity best practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement, repairs, and AMC support.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
