We are seeking a highly productive, detail-orientated firm billing specialist to manage our invoice workflows, update dashboards, and handle cross-departmental communication. Operating in a fully WFO environment, you will be expected to self-direct productively while maintaining elevated efficiency levels and adhering strictly to designated billing practices.
Key Responsibilities -
- Email & Escalation Management: Monitor and respond to all incoming emails in a timely, professional manner. Directly resolve enquiries or systematically forward/escalate them to the proper internal teams.
- Billing & Dashboard Administration: Process simple invoicing tasks on internal operating dashboards. This includes managing order cancellations, updating modifications, and handling billing for specialised jobs without court reporters.
- System & Account Setup: Accurately set up current, main orders for processing as soon as they come in. Add new legal firms and individual personnel profiles directly into our primary operating system.

Required Skills & Competencies -
- Technical Platform Proficiency: Robust, everyday operational hands-on experience using Slack, Zendesk, and the Google Suite ecosystem (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, and Drive).
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills. You must be competent, courteous, and precise when interacting with clients, providers, and Steno staff.
- Meticulous Accuracy: High attention to detail when inputting complex billing and account metadata to completely avoid processing errors.
- Problem-Solving & Self-Direction: Proactive initiative to resolve billing discrepancies independently and the clarity to know when and where to escalate ambiguous queries. Proven capability to manage workload and stay focused in a remote environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
